First Friday Art Walk - Shannon Palmer (deadhand)/Kim Pluskota-Sally Lincoln in Big BLO Gallery
We welcome three female artists to our Galleries for First Friday, October 6th. 6-9 PM.
Shannon Palmer opens "The Sanity Assassin" in our Original Gallery.
In the Big BLO Gallery, Kim Pluskota opens, “Head in the Clouds" and Sally Lincoln presents, "Mythos."
"Head in the Clouds" is a series of mixed media artwork that explores Pluskota`s reverence for nature and its ever-shifting transference of energy.
Sally Lincoln´s MYTHOS, is a feminist take on Greek mythology through the medium of quilting. The work will be accompanied by audio commentary by the artist and a coloring book.
